Notable Points

Packages and bundles are used interchangeably when search for a kitchen package experience

Some competitors either inputted all the information for every product on one page or surfaced some information and provided links to view the product individually

2 competitors doesn't allow remove certain products within the package as the package is treated as one item

ACCESSIBILITY AUDIT

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Reviewed AODA requirements against competitors such as how information is presented, image tags presented, tab order, etc.

Notable Points
There were confusion with reviews as some are grouped and represent the package and some are related to an individual product

Identify grouped images clearly by description and/or alt-tags

Use individual pictures as much as possible

INTERVIEWS

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

INTERVIEWS

Conducted a moderated test on homedepot.com's kitchen package experience with canadian customer and a moderated test against Sears' kitchen package experience.

Notable Points
Fridges are the biggest purchase and considered the centrepiece so the journey starts with that product.

There are so many details but there are specific features that customers want to see about all the products at a glance

Extra warranty and services aren't in the customer's mind.
