Purchasing a suite of non-appliance packages with a click of a button.
After a successful launch of kitchen packages, the experience was to be rolled out to all other types of products for which bundles can be created
Reviewed 11 competitors of their desktop and mobile experience
Notable Points
No competitors offered mixed fulfillment scenarios. All bundles were offered through one fulfillment which can then be customized in cart
4 competitors showed information related to fulfillment throughout the journey other than cart
Conducted 4 iterative tests to test multiple features and functionality including existing bundle treatment, multiple fulfillment for a bundle, quantity selector and promotions and savings and the entire flow from browsing for packages all the way to cart
Notable Points
Existing experience from kitchen packages was well received for non-appliance
Multiple fulfillment as a concept didn't make sense for customers
Users had no problem with features added such as promotions/savings and quantity selector
